Almost every enquiry from Cyprus contains the same three requirements, in different proportions.
The first is height. In the Limassol towers and in new villas, 240 and 280 cm leaves are the norm rather than the exception, and a tall leaf is exactly where a cheap door warps. The second is the minimal detail: no architraves, the leaf flush with the wall, often lacquered in the wall colour. The third is consistency — the same shade, the same sheen and the same gaps on the third floor and on the thirtieth, even when the doors arrive in several shipments months apart.
Our doors are built with the technique we use for exhibition panels: a finger-jointed solid timber perimeter frame, a honeycomb core and two facings bonded under press. The structure stays flat, loads the hinges lightly and allows non-standard sizes without compromising flatness — which matters in interiors that swing between air conditioning and Mediterranean heat several times a day. Where sound insulation matters, the honeycomb is replaced by a solid, high-density core.
Three concealed hinges adjustable on three axes, magnetic latch, perimeter seal, reversible hand. Any non-standard size to drawing.
Concealed aluminium frame set into the wall during construction, leaf lacquered in the wall colour or ready to paint. The most requested detail in premium Limassol projects.
The sub-frame ships ahead of the leaves so it goes in while the wall is still open.
Track above the opening, no building work — the practical option when fitting out a completed apartment.
Solid core, rebate seals and a drop seal under the leaf, for hotel guestrooms and meeting rooms.
EI certified doors with their fire documentation, for escape corridors, shafts and guestrooms.
Finishes: laminate, RAL lacquer (matt, satin, gloss), routed Superior patterns and glass. See the full doors catalogue, or the Greek pages for Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaca and Paphos.
Cyprus is a full EU and eurozone member, so the paperwork side is simple — but it is also an island, so the planning side is not. Two consequences:
Because the transit is longer than a road delivery, the quotation states the timeline in dates, not weeks: when sizes are frozen, when production starts, when the shipment loads, when it lands. If one of those dates slips, you hear about it immediately rather than at the end.
Each door is packed individually with corner protection and labelled by unit and floor from your own schedule. On phased projects we ship by floor, so the site does not have to store fifty doors in an unfinished apartment.
Towers and residential schemes: itemised pricing, phased deliveries labelled by floor and unit, recorded RAL shade so batch three matches batch one.
Flush-to-wall details, concealed frames, non-standard heights, routed patterns to your drawing. DWG details on request.
Laminate in guestrooms, acoustic leaves where noise matters, EI fire-rated doors with documentation.
Villas and holiday homes in Paphos, Larnaca and Protaras — many owners abroad, so we send physical samples by post and keep the whole process in English.
Yes. We manufacture in Fontanelle (Treviso), Italy, and ship by sea to Limassol, in a container or as groupage depending on volume. Cyprus is in the EU and the eurozone: no duty, no import declaration, no currency conversion. Allow roughly two weeks of sea transport from loading.
Six to eight weeks of production for RAL-lacquered doors, less for laminate, plus about two weeks of sea freight. We write the timeline in dates in the quotation — when sizes are frozen, when production starts, when the shipment loads and when it lands.
From €395 per door excluding VAT: a laminate leaf in a standard size with frame, architraves and basic hardware. RAL-lacquered, flush-to-wall and routed models cost more. We quote opening by opening, never as a flat figure.
Yes, on the normal production line. Tall leaves, flush-to-wall doors with concealed frames and pocket sliders are exactly the specification these projects ask for, and our construction is built to keep a tall leaf flat.
Yes. The RAL shade and sheen are recorded against the project, and on large jobs an approved finish sample is the reference for every batch — even when the second shipment leaves months later.
Construction matters more than finish. A finger-jointed perimeter frame with a honeycomb core reacts far less to humidity swings than a solid leaf — relevant in interiors that move between air conditioning and outdoor heat many times a day.
Your joiner or fit-out contractor. We supply the measuring sheet, hardware, fitting instructions and technical support by phone or video call.
Yes: laminate in guestrooms and corridors, solid-core acoustic leaves where noise matters, and EI fire-rated doors with documentation where the fire strategy requires them.
Send the door schedule or the drawings: we reply with a written quotation, normally within 24 working hours, in English. We also work in Greek.
