A complete range of wooden elements for custom furniture. From the lacquered door to the worktop, from the bed frame to the panelling — everything you need to build the perfect piece.
We manufacture the visible parts of furniture on a contract basis: doors, drawer fronts, worktops, side panels, shelves, wall panelling and boiserie — finished, squared, drilled to your drawing and ready to fit. We do not build the carcass: that stays with the joinery or furniture maker who commissions us, which is precisely why we are never in competition with our own customers.
Ordering single items? See made to measure wardrobe doors, MDF cut to size and MDF wall panelling.
MDF or hollow-core substrate depending on thickness and format, full lacquering cycle, square or radiused edges to the design.
Matched to the doors in the same shade and the same sheen — on a kitchen, the risk to avoid is fronts and doors coming from two different finishing runs.
Grooves and frame profiles machined on CNC and then lacquered: the classic or continuous pattern without an applied frame.
Worktops, exposed sides, top rails and plinths, dimensioned and finished together with the doors so the whole unit reads as one.
Made in hollow-core construction: the thickness follows the span and the load, and concealed fixings are built in at order stage, not improvised on site.
Doors and panels beyond standard sizes, on the same presses and in the same finishing department as our trade-fair panels.
For hotel and residential projects in the UAE we also build complete guestroom furniture — wardrobes, bedside tables, headboards and wall panelling — lacquered in the same run as the doors. Details on hotel furniture in Dubai and hotel doors in Dubai.
The fastest way to a quotation is a component schedule: finished sizes, thickness, RAL shade, sheen, edge type and drilling for each piece. A cutting file or a drawing works just as well.
Two things we always ask, because they are what causes problems. First, the grain or pattern direction on veneered or routed pieces. Second, which faces are visible: the finish of backs and hidden edges is a cost decision and should be made deliberately, not by omission. If your reference shade has no RAL code, send the physical sample — we identify the closest match and tell you honestly how close it is, before the whole batch goes into production.
No — only the visible components: doors, fronts, worktops, sides, shelves and boiserie, finished and ready to fit. The carcass is built by the joinery or furniture maker who commissions us.
Any shade in the RAL range, gloss, satin or matt, plus UV gloss for surfaces that need to be very hard and brilliant. If your reference is a physical sample rather than a code, send it: we identify the closest shade and say honestly how close it is.
A schedule with finished sizes, thickness, RAL shade, sheen, edge type and drilling per piece — plus the grain direction on veneered or routed pieces and which faces are visible.
Yes: doors and panels beyond standard sizes, on the same presses and in the same finishing department we use for trade-fair panels. It is one of the main reasons customers come to us.
Yes, and they pass through the same finishing cycle — the only reliable way to be sure that doors and furniture fronts are genuinely the same shade and the same sheen.
Send us your component schedule with sizes, thickness, RAL shade and finish. Written quotation within 24 working hours.
For furniture makers, joineries, interior designers and design studios we produce the elements that make up the finished piece: over 200 items in 24 categories, all available made to measure from the client's drawing.
Those who come to us usually have the same problem: an order with non-standard elements that is not worth producing in house. Those are what we work on: single pieces or small batches, with the same tolerances as industrial production.
Lacquered doors in RAL shades, drawer fronts, glazed frames, routed doors. Edge-banding and drilling carried out to specification.
Worktops, tops, side and back panels, made-to-measure shelves and wall panelling, in hollow-core or solid panel according to the expected load.
Bed frames, headboards, bases and load-bearing structures made to drawing, ready to be assembled on site or in the workshop.
Mouldings, cover strips, shaped elements and finishing details, matched to the lacquering of the main components.
The process is straightforward: you send us the drawing or the measurements, we check feasibility and reply with a quotation — normally within 24 working hours. We accept DWG, PDF and even dimensioned hand sketches.
If you prefer, we stop at the raw part and you handle the finish; alternatively we deliver the piece already lacquered, thanks to our in-house painting and lacquering department, which also works on parts supplied by you.
