Hotel furniture for Dubai: wardrobes, bedside tables and headboards

Guestroom furniture built to whatever the designer draws — and finished in the same RAL run as the doors, so the room reads as one project instead of three suppliers.

What we build for a guestroom

Everything is made to measure on the client’s request: the pieces below are the ones hotel projects ask for most often, not a closed catalogue. If it is on the FF&E drawings, send it.

Wardrobes

Built-in or free-standing, hinged or sliding fronts, internal layout to the drawing: hanging space, shelves, drawers and housings for the safe and minibar.

Bedside tables

Wall-hung or on legs, with drawers or open niches, cable passages and cut-outs for switches, sockets and USB points.

Headboards and wall panelling

Full-width headboards and full-height panelling, lacquered or laminate, with the reading-light and switch positions machined in the factory.

Desks, TV and luggage units

Desk tops, TV walls and luggage benches matched to the wardrobe and bedside tables in the same finish.

Wardrobes for residences

For villas, apartments and branded residences: built-in wardrobes and walk-in closets made to the room, in any RAL colour.

Components for local joinery

Lacquered fronts, sides and panels for UAE workshops that build the carcass themselves. Furniture components.

Why doors and furniture from the same factory

The detail that gives a guestroom away is a wardrobe front that is a shade off the entrance door beside it. It happens when doors and casegoods come from two suppliers who lacquer in two different cycles. We manufacture hotel doors and furniture in the same factory and finish them in the same lacquering department, in the same run: the colour matches because it is the same batch, not because two samples were compared.

It also simplifies everything around the product: one schedule, one contact, one set of shipping documents, and packages organised by room type that land on site together.

How an FF&E package works with us

  1. Drawings and quote. Send room-type drawings, the finish schedule and the room count. We reply with a quote per room type and, where useful, technical notes on how we would build each piece.
  2. Shop drawings. We return shop drawings for approval: dimensions, materials, hardware and cut-outs for services.
  3. Mock-up room. Furniture and doors for the mock-up, in the final finish, for operator and designer approval.
  4. Production and packing. Series production, packed and labelled by room type and floor, shipped assembled or flat-packed depending on volume and site access — agreed in the offer.
  5. Shipping and installation. Sea freight to Jebel Ali, delivery in phases if needed, installation by your fit-out team with our instructions and support.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make complete hotel furniture or only components?

Both. We make complete wardrobes, bedside tables, headboards and desks, and we also supply finished components to joinery companies that assemble locally.

Can you work from the interior designer’s drawings?

Yes. We build to the drawings and return shop drawings for approval before production.

Can the furniture match the doors exactly?

Yes. Doors, fronts and panelling are lacquered in our own department in the same cycle, so the shade and sheen match.

Do you supply serviced apartments and residential towers too?

Yes: built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets and panelling for apartments, villas and branded residences in Dubai.

What is the lead time for a hotel FF&E package?

It depends on room count, finishes and phasing; we give a written programme with the quote, including production, sea freight and delivery by floor.
