Villas, apartments, penthouses and offices: tall leaves, flush-to-wall frames, pocket sliders and any RAL colour — built to the opening, packed for sea freight and delivered to your site in the UAE.
Three things come up on almost every enquiry from the Emirates. The first is height: ceilings in new villas and premium apartments make 2,400 and 2,800 mm leaves the norm rather than the exception, and a tall leaf is exactly where a cheap door warps. The second is the minimal detail — no architraves, the door flush with the wall, often lacquered in the wall colour. The third is consistency: the same shade, the same sheen and the same gaps on the first floor and on the fortieth, even when the doors arrive in several shipments months apart.
Our doors are built with the same technique we use for exhibition panels: a perimeter frame in finger-jointed solid timber, a honeycomb core and two facings bonded under press. It is a structure that stays flat over time, puts little load on the hinges and lets us build non-standard sizes without compromising flatness — which matters in interiors that move between air-conditioned rooms and humid air every time a terrace door opens. Where sound insulation matters, the honeycomb is replaced by a solid, high-density core.
Three concealed hinges adjustable on three axes, magnetic latch, perimeter seal, reversible hand. Standard widths 60–90 cm, any non-standard size to drawing.
Leaf flush with the wall on a concealed aluminium frame, no architraves. Lacquered in the wall colour, or ready to paint with it.
The leaf disappears into the wall. We ship the metal sub-frame ahead of the doors so it goes in while the wall is still open.
A track above the opening and a leaf that slides along the wall: no building work, ideal for fit-outs of finished apartments.
Solid core instead of honeycomb, seals on the rebates and a drop seal under the leaf — for bedrooms, majlis rooms, home offices and hotel rooms.
EI certified fire doors for corridors, shafts and hotel guestrooms, supplied with their certification documents. See hotel doors.

| Routed Superior | Classic or contemporary statement doors | Twenty routed designs, or a pattern machined to your drawing, then lacquered |
| Glass | Living areas, studies, walk-in wardrobes | Framed or full-glass leaves, hinged or sliding |

The full range is in the doors catalogue; every model can be made hinged or sliding.
Yes — it is our normal way of working. Heights of 240 and 280 cm, non-standard widths, double leaves and irregular wall thicknesses are built for that specific opening.
Yes. The concealed aluminium frame is set into the wall during construction and the leaf is lacquered in the wall colour or supplied ready to paint.
Production takes 6–8 weeks for RAL lacquered doors and less for laminate; sea transit to Jebel Ali and customs clearance come on top. We give you the full timeline in writing with the quote.
Yes. The RAL shade and sheen are recorded for the project, and on large jobs the finish sample approved at the start is the reference for every batch.
Installation is carried out by your contractor or installer. We provide the measuring sheet, the hardware and fitting instructions, and technical support by phone or video.
Laminate doors are competitive on volume projects; lacquered and routed doors cost more, but they are built to the opening and to the colour, with no site adaptation. Send the schedule and compare a real quote.
Send the door schedule or the drawings: we reply with a written quote, normally within 24 working hours, in English.
