Woodworking subcontracting

When a job has a step that is not worth setting up in your own shop, we do it: CNC cutting and routing, panel sizing and edge banding, drilling, sanding and lacquering, on your material or ours.

Services

CNC cutting and routing

Profiles, curves, joints and routed details from DWG or DXF files, repeatable across the batch.

Sizing and edge banding

Panels cut to size and edged, for doors, sides, shelves and tops.

Drilling

Hole patterns for hardware, hinges, shelves and connectors, to your specification.

Sanding and calibrating

Surface preparation before finishing, including the intermediate sanding between coats.

CNC patterning

Raised-panel effects, frames and designs on doors and panels.

Lacquering

Any RAL colour, matt or gloss, UV high gloss, brushed or vintage, in our own finishing department.

How it works

Frequently asked questions

Do you take one-offs and small batches?

Yes, it is the most common reason people call us.

Can I supply the material?

Yes, we work on the customer's boards and semi-finished parts, or we supply the material.

Which files do you need for CNC work?

DWG or DXF at 1:1; for simple jobs a dimensioned PDF is enough.

Can you also lacquer the machined parts?

Yes, in any RAL colour in our own finishing department, so the part leaves finished.
