Fire rated MDF ships with the supplier certificate and our declaration of conformity. For UK shows, see Class 0, Class 1 and Euroclass.

Cut and squared to the finished size, with production tolerances even on a one-off.

Edge banding on visible sides, or square edges lacquered with the face.

Holes for hinges, shelf pins, connectors and cable outlets, to spec.

Curves, shapes, joints and grooves from DWG or DXF files, repeatable across a batch.

Shaker frames and grooves routed into the face for doors and panelling.

Primer, sanding and top coat in our spray shop: one face or both, edges included.

You get feasibility, lead time and price, usually the same day.
Lacquered parts typically take 10–12 working days; raw cut parts less. Exact times are in the quote.

Do you cut MDF to size for a single panel?

Yes, one-offs are welcome: it is the usual case for anyone with a non-standard size.

Which thicknesses do you have?

We work the main commercial thicknesses; tell us what you need and we confirm availability and lead time in the quote.

Can you lacquer both faces?

Yes, one face or both, edges included, in any RAL or NCS colour, matt, satin or gloss.

Do you have fire rated MDF?

Yes, Euroclass B-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1, with supplier certificate and declaration of conformity on every delivery.

Yes. UK deliveries are imports, so duty and import VAT may apply; see our UK shipping and customs page.
