Interior door supply for general contractors

On a project with dozens or hundreds of doors you need three things: a quote you can read, deliveries when the floor is ready and someone who answers the phone. We make the doors ourselves, technical doors included, and deliver them labelled opening by opening.

One supplier for every door on site

Apartments, hotels, offices, student housing: when there are many doors, the problem is rarely the single door. It is the variants from one floor to the next, the technical doors ordered separately, the deliveries arriving before the site is ready. Making both standard and technical doors in-house lets us handle the whole door schedule with one quote and one contact person.

What we supply

Doors from your schedule

Our 33 catalogue models, hinged, sliding and flush-to-wall, in every size in your schedule, including non-standard.

Fire-rated doors EI/REI

For stairwells, plant rooms and compartments, matching the apartment doors visually.

Acoustic doors

For hotels, bedrooms and offices, with solid core and seals.

Security entrance doors

Apartment entrances with the inner panel matching the interior doors.

Floor-to-ceiling doors

Up to the ceiling, with the frame sized on the real opening.

Series furniture, flat-packed

Bathroom vanities, wardrobes, bedside tables and shoe cabinets identical for every unit, delivered flat-packed with the doors.

How we run a site supply

  1. Reading the schedule. We confirm in writing what we execute as specified and where we propose a construction variant, with the technical reason.
  2. Quote with separate items. Leaf, frame, architraves or concealed frame, hardware, finish and installation are separate items, as in a bill of quantities.
  3. Samples. A sample door or finish sample to approve before series production.
  4. Stock and production. Standard-size doors in stock ship straight away; custom sizes and special finishes are produced in batches within the lead times written into the quote.
  5. Phased, labelled deliveries. By floor, stairwell or batch, when the site is ready. Each door shows unit and opening, so installers do not have to search.
  6. Installation or supply only. In north-east Italy our own team installs. Elsewhere we supply with a survey sheet for your installers and ship across Europe and outside the EU.

Prices for site supplies

Our public prices are designed for private customers: one home, a few doors. When the numbers grow, so does the logic of production: a batch is cut, lacquered and packed in series, and the price reflects that.

That is why, from 20 doors per project, we work with a trade price list reserved for professionals. We do not publish it: we send it on request to VAT-registered companies, together with a quote for the project.

Catalogue and custom models

The starting point is the 33 models in our 2026 catalogue, in three lines: laminate, lacquered raised-panel in any RAL colour and CNC-engraved, available as reversible hinged, sliding or flush-to-wall doors. Beyond the catalogue we produce on request:

Services for contractors

Samples and sample kits

Finish and colour samples to approve before production, and a physical sample kit for those who need to show it to clients.

Dimensioned sheets, sections and files to drop the doors into your drawings and specifications.

Phased, labelled deliveries

On long projects we deliver floor by floor or by batch. Every door is labelled with its unit and opening.

A single person follows quote, samples, production and deliveries: no bouncing between departments.

Italy, Europe and beyond

We ship across Italy, Europe and outside the EU. Abroad we supply with a survey sheet for your local installer.

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle site supplies with many doors?

Yes: the whole door schedule with one quote, samples, batch production and phased deliveries, followed by a single contact person.

Do you also make fire-rated, acoustic and security doors?

Yes: EI/REI fire-rated doors, acoustic doors, security entrance doors and floor-to-ceiling doors, visually matching the other doors on site.

Can you deliver floor by floor?

Yes. Deliveries are scheduled by floor, stairwell or batch according to site progress, and every door arrives labelled with unit and opening.

Why are trade prices different from public prices?

Public prices are designed for private customers buying a few doors. From 20 doors per project production is organised in batches and we apply a trade price list, sent on request to VAT-registered companies.

What are the lead times for a supply?

Many standard-size doors are in stock for immediate delivery. For custom sizes, special finishes, technical doors and large quantities, lead times are set for each project and written into the quote; on long projects deliveries are scheduled floor by floor or by batch.

Do you provide DWG or BIM files?

Yes: data sheets, DWG and BIM files to include the doors in the design and specification.

Can you also supply the furniture for the units?

Yes: series bathroom vanities, wardrobes, bedside tables and shoe cabinets in wood, delivered flat-packed with instructions. Assembly on request at extra cost.

Do you deliver outside Italy?

Yes, across Italy, Europe and to non-EU countries. Outside north-east Italy we supply with a survey sheet for the installer you choose.
