Alongside our factory in Italy we run a warehouse in Waalwijk, in the south of the Netherlands, holding thousands of raw honeycomb panels in standard sizes, ready to ship. For UK, Irish and Benelux contractors that means the panels are one ferry crossing away, not 1,450 km of road.
Waalwijk is about 95 km from Hook of Holland: overnight ferry to Harwich, and ExCeL London is roughly 115 km further. Northern venues go via the Rotterdam–Hull crossing.
Standard sizes no longer travel more than 1,000 km by road from Italy. A shorter run costs less and is far easier to time around your build-up slot.
A panel damaged on unloading, a wall changed at the last minute: raw standard sizes sit close by and can be re-supplied quickly. Collection from the warehouse is also possible.

Great Britain is outside the EU customs union: the shipment still carries an export declaration on our side and an import entry on yours — the shorter route does not remove that, it removes the distance. How it works, carnets included: shipping stand panels to the UK and Ireland. The Republic of Ireland is in the EU: a direct sailing from Rotterdam keeps British customs out of the picture entirely.

Thousands of raw panels in the standard sizes of our price list, 40 mm thick: five lengths and four widths. The panels in Waalwijk come from our own production in Fontanelle: the same finger-jointed frame, the same honeycomb core, the same quality.

The 750, 500 and 250 mm widths are the half and quarter modules that close a wall without cutting on the show floor. Waalwijk holds the raw version: sanded panels, ready to paint, cover or print. White, laminated, lacquered and fire-rated panels ship from Fontanelle. For large quantities of one size we check stock before confirming.
A mixed order goes on one quotation: standard sizes from Waalwijk, made-to-measure from Fontanelle, both timed to the same build-up date. Prices are in the price list.

There is no production lead time: the panels are ready on the shelf. Delivery takes only the time to book the truck, load it and drive to your hall or store, plus the ferry crossing for the UK.
Yes, collection from the Waalwijk warehouse is possible. Tell us the sizes and quantities in advance and everything will be ready.
Yes. Great Britain is outside the EU customs union, so an export declaration and an import entry are needed wherever the panels ship from. We prepare our side of the documents with your consignee and broker.
