Hall floors are never flat. The platforms arrive trimmed and pre-drilled for the height-adjustable feet: lay them, level them, carry on. Honeycomb, chipboard or MDF, in standard formats or made to measure.
It is the most banal and most annoying problem in stand building: the hall floor is never exactly flat. Drainage falls, joints, steps between bays, ducts cast into the slab. Over twenty square metres you can see the difference with the naked eye, and a piece of furniture sitting out of level is noticed immediately.
The levelling platforms build a flat, accessible raised floor quickly. They arrive trimmed and pre-drilled for the height-adjustable feet: lay them, set the height, done.
The second benefit is technical: the void under the platforms is the natural place for cable distribution, power to the products on display and the stand's services. Combined with the electrical panel for the riser, that gives you a stand with not one cable in sight.
A construction difference that rarely gets explained: the platforms are made with a high load-bearing honeycomb core, designed for load. A wall panel is not made to be walked on, and using one as a floor is a mistake that shows up as local collapse exactly where most people walk.
Otherwise the construction is ours: knot-free finger-jointed spruce frame, sanded skins, edge venting, white wood adhesive. Also available fire-rated, like the rest of the package where fire requirements apply.
40 mm thick. Net prices excluding VAT, per piece.

We make platforms in non-standard sizes, including single pieces, and bespoke solutions to drawing or specification.
All our platforms are made of wood. Depending on use, load and budget, we build them in three ways:
All three come in the same formats — 500 × 500, 1000 × 500 and 1000 × 1000 mm — which match our wooden floor tiles, so platforms and tiles lay out together. Chipboard and MDF versions are quoted on request.
Beyond raised floors we build made-to-measure platforms and display podiums to drawing: product presentation stages, vehicle or machinery podiums, raised demo areas, access steps. Any size, even single pieces, raw, RAL lacquered or fire-rated.
We sell and, for trade fairs in Italy, we also hire (see hire or buy): our customers are stand builders, contractors and rental companies who install and run the material, and exhibitors who reuse their stand from show to show.
The rough calculation goes like this: with the large 998 × 998 mm platform you need about one square metre of platform per square metre of stand, plus the cuts at the edges. Feet are counted at the corners, with supports shared between adjacent platforms: on a regular grid, roughly one foot per platform is realistic.
If the floor has noticeable steps, it pays to mix formats: with medium and small platforms you follow the outline without cutting and concentrate the supports where they matter. Send us the plan and we will work it out with the quote.
Standard sizes are always in stock. We normally ship within 7 days of order confirmation and in practice almost always sooner: in exhibition work the enquiry arrives from one day to the next, and we are set up for that.
For deliveries outside Italy we agree the build-up slot, the customs paperwork where it applies and the transport documents with you in advance.
No, and that is the point: they are built with a high load-bearing honeycomb core, designed for load. A wall panel is not made to be walked on and must not be used as a floor.
No, they are ordered separately: the height-adjustable foot PR-001 is €9.80 net. The platforms arrive pre-drilled.
Yes, all three formats in fire-rated MDF, from €23.80, with the fire-performance documentation.
Yes, including single pieces, and bespoke solutions to drawing or specification.
Yes: presentation stages, display podiums, raised areas and steps, to drawing, even as single pieces, raw, RAL lacquered or fire-rated.
Honeycomb is the lightest and fastest to install; chipboard is the economical choice for floors on the ground; MDF gives the most even surface when the platform stays visible. All are wood and come in the same formats.
No, we manufacture and sell them. Many of our customers are rental companies and stand builders who then use them across several shows.
Yes: our 11 or 18 mm wooden floor tiles share the platforms' formats and together they form the finished stand floor.
Sizes, quantities and finish: with those three things we normally send a written quote within 24 working hours. We work in English, French, German and Italian.
