The venue and what it asks for

Art Basel is the show where our exhibition panel is the obvious specification rather than an upsell. A gallery booth is lit at a grazing angle, and raking light shows every ripple and every joint that did not close — which is precisely what the edge venting on every one of our panels is there to prevent. Add a lacquered white from our own paint shop and the booth arrives finished.

Switzerland sits outside the EU customs union, so the delivery carries an export declaration. At 650 km it is still a single day's run, and we agree the paperwork and the build slot with you before the truck is loaded.

What we supply for a stand

What leaves Fontanelle for a build is almost always the same package:

• standard panel PSL for the walls, 40 or 50 mm, up to 6,000 mm high;
• the fire-rated finish wherever the venue regulations ask for it, with the documentation;
• stand doors, assembled and with the hardware fitted, reversible, with porthole or panic bar;
• levelling platforms, pre-drilled for the adjustable feet, for the raised floor;
• alignment strips, I·L·T·X connectors and cover strips for dry assembly.

How we deliver and in what time

We manufacture in Fontanelle, in the province of Treviso, and the trucks leave from there. Basel is 650 km away: a run we make regularly, with direct delivery into the hall within your build slot, or to your warehouse if you would rather pre-build the stand.

Deliveries to Basel sit outside the EU customs union, so the movement carries an export declaration on our side and an import entry on yours. That is a matter of a few days of lead time, not an obstacle — but it has to be planned before the truck is loaded, not while it is at the border. Tell us the consignee and the customs broker at order stage and we prepare the transport documents around them.

Standard sizes are always in stock. We normally ship within 7 days of order confirmation, and in practice usually sooner. No minimum order, no surcharge for non-standard sizes.
